This wine comes from a part of our vineyard run using Regenerative Agriculture: low-density plant cover, no plowing, use of Biochar, and other sustainable methods. A blend of Grenache and Syrah, this is a fragrant red, with bright bursts of dark and red berries. The wine is fresh and velvety, with notes of warm stones and sweet spices.
