From a one-hectare parcel of gravel, clay and sand, with 50% Sémillon, 35% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Sauvignon Gris and 5% Muscadelle. It undergoes the same élevage as the basic cuvée, with nine months in 4-hl barrels (25% new). This is not a ‘flashy’ top cuvée – it carries more complexity than the basic cuvée, is very light on its feet, and is a classic expression of the terroir of the Graves district.
