Axel Domont Jardin Secret 2023 (750ml)
A blend of Jacquère and Altesse in almost equal proportions on the steep slopes of the Bauges foothills. A plot in a beautiful setting that Axel has imagined as a secret garden. Gentle, natural winemaking gives the Jacquère its tension with a slightly smoky minerality, and the Altesse its roundness, fatness and skeleton. A long finish, a wine full of energy, with an "oxidative" Jurasian touch. Really special.
