Sourced from naturally farmed vineyards on cliffs overlooking the ocean, this refreshing white wine screams of the wind-swept, Atlantic influenced terrain of northern Spain. Drinking a glass of this Txacolina (chock-oh-LEE-nah) wine is as bracing as a plunge into cold saltwater. This light bodied white is dry and slightly fizzy, with green apple, lime zest and pronounced "wet stone" minerality...a true wine for the summer! Drink with tinned fish, oysters or sushi.
