A refreshing Assyrtiko sourced from high-elevation vineyards where ancient wine presses have survived since the Bronze Age. The wine is tank-fermented and aged sur lie for three months. This is a family run winery, headed by oenologist Stelios Alexakis. This Assyrtiko is bright, mineral-driven, and has a nice orchard fruit character to it. It tastes like sea breeze and is magnificently refreshing!
