The wine is a harmony between Chardonnay, which brings complexity and elegance, Viognier that gives velvety texture and tannins and Semillón to add freshness and intensity. The Chardonnay and Viognier were fermented in 100% French oak barrels and underwent malolactic fermentation, while the Sémillon was fermented in a stainless steel tank to enhance its freshness.
