Winemaker Adi Badenhorst was influenced by the late, great Serge Hochar of Chateau Musar fame. His approach to winemaking is minimalism. This is dry and honeyed with a good dose of chappy minerals. Fermented with native yeasts, it possesses a deep straw color and complexity that you'll enjoy immensely at the table.
