"El Candado" is the Spanish translation for "The Padlock". It is a unique, naturally sweet Sherry only made with raisins from the Pedro Ximenez grape. This unique, sweet sherry originally comes from two selected casks which were kept locked up in a limited family reserve prior to being utilized in the Valdespino Solera.
