Gutiérrez Colosia Description
This Oloroso starts out rather dry, then gains complexity as it builds and opens. Amber in color, leaning towards mahogany, it has intense aromas of black walnut, dry treacle, and figs. Serve with a chill before a meal with olives, figs, sliced jamón or after a meal with triple cream cheeses, like St. André and candied nuts.
