Produced by the famed Domaine de Chevalier in Pessac-Léognan, this 70% Semillon and 30% Sauvignon Blanc was matured 25% in barrel and in temperature-controlled vats with regular stirring of the lees. It provides that creamy mouthfeel for a song and is packed with vibrant notes of grapefruit, lemon curd and a whisper of oyster shell.
