Grüner Veltliner from organically grown and hand harvested grapes in Devin, Slovakia. Fermented and macerated for 6 months in an underground Georgian Qvevri then aged in barrels for 3 months before bottling. A fruity and spicy, full-bodied wine with bright acidity. Despite having spent 6 months in a qvevri, the wine shows soft tannins, is well balanced and has a smooth and elegant finish. Unfiltered with a little funk.
