A serious rosé from Austria's three main varieties: Blaunfrankisch, St. Laurent, and Zweigelt. Biodynamically farmed, hand-harvested and minimal intervention in the cellar are signature Umathum, a solar-powered winery that mixes traditional craft and modern philosophy.
