BIBENDUM comes from a verse of Horace: “Nunc est bibendum, nunc pede libero pulsanda tellus. Now is the time to drink and strike the earth lightly (dance)." In other words, the cuvées du négoce are an ode to sharing and good times. In the spirit of these wines, this is a wine with great drinkability and pleasure. Grapes are from Saint-Gervais in the Gard; the wine is made from whole clusters, with indigenous yeasts and minimal sulfur.
