Like most of Bibi Graetz wines, the name is very evocative: "Casa-Matta" means "Crazy-House." Casamatta Bianco is a wine coming from Argentario, in the south Tuscan coast that is aged in stainless steel. A fresh, crunchy white blend with notes of orange and peach flowers, citrus and acidity from Vermentino, followed up by pear, exotic fruits, and body from Trebbiano and Ansonica.
