Guillaume Lefevre uses the fruit from the press of the Pomponette Rosé to make this Provencal quaffer. It's easy drinking for sure, but not lacking in great material. Sandy, limestone-rich soils lend an elegant freshness to the wines, even those made from recycled grapes. Every grape here is hand-picked, every wine is wild fermented, and nothing is ever added, save for a tiny amount of volcanic sulphur. Light-bodied, lithe and punchy, this would be a great red to enjoy with fish!
