Eolia Salina Bianco IGT M 2022 (750ml)
A limited-production winery on Salina Island, one of the seven volcanic Aeolian Islands north of Sicily. This beautiful white wine, "M," is mostly Malvasia delle Lipari, with a bit of Cataratto and Inzolia. Aromatic and fresh, with white flowers and fresh herbs at the forefront, and a hint of wet stone.
