100% Cabernet Sauvignon from vineyards in Napa (60%), Sonoma (25%), and Mendocino (15%). It is aged for 12 months in French barrels, mostly neutral with a small percentage of new oak, and a touch of American oak. We loved this for it's seamless nature—thankfully this does not have the bitter tannic edge that can plague most California Cabernet. Shows elegant flavors of blood orange, red currant, cranberry and delicate floral tones. For lovers of Bordeaux, not blockbusters!
