A complex, serious red wine from the big red wine appellation at the slopes of Mt. Olympus, made up of 50% Xinomavro, 35% Krassato and 15% Stavroto, all indigenous Greek varieties. The vines range from 15 to 50 years. After harvesting, the grapes are macerated and fermented in steel tanks, and then moved onto oak barrels and aged for 14 months. This elegant, sophisticated bottle has notes of red fruit, dried tomato, tobacco, and spices. Pair this beauty with anything that you would usually pair Barolo or Barbaresco with.
