Brilliant new producers based in Burgundy, currently making wines from bought fruit and working for domaine's in the area. Laurence is originally from North Wales and Nina from Switzerland, they are now settled near Auxey-Duresses where they also make their wines at the same facility previously used by their good friend Vin Noe. This Pinot Noir saw carbonic maceration of 14 days before being barrelled down dry into 228l barrels.vReally elegant and beautiful Pinot, in a light, style but with wonderful length and even if it's infancy, tasting very exciting.
