The vines at La Bauge are planted on an eastward sloping hill on silty-sandy sediment soil. They coexist on the farm with a veritable “zoo” of alpacas, boars, deer, yaks, among others. Beaux Jus blanc is their bright flagship cuvée. Pure, brilliant Frontenac, easy and mouthwatering! A dry wine with notes of white flowers, orange zest and honey.
