La Marchigiana is a naturally produced Chardonnay sourced from a single vineyard located in the high elevation district of Tupungato. This wine is fermented on its skins for an extended period of time in clay pots and only a portion of the wine goes through malo. The resulting wine is pure and redolent of dried guava, apple, banana and quince. It's got a hint of nuttiness that adds complexity to the long, creamy finish. This is absolutely delicious, terroir-driven Chardonnay. No added sulfur.
