Candialle Description
Sourced from a picturesque, organic vineyard in the heart of Chianti's 'Golden Bowl' or the Conca d'Oro. The vines range between 300-400m above sea level, bringing a cooling aspect to their growing season that helps produce exceptional Sangiovese. These are then carefully hand-harvested before being fermented naturally using wild, native yeasts. Elegant and well structured, with notes of dark cherry, spice and a subtle, earthy finish.
