"En Vrac" refers to the traditional "bulk" wines of France -- locals would bring their own bottles to local wineries to fill them up. This blend of 50% Sylvaner and 50% Riesling is dry, crisp, and mineral. It was aged for thirty months in large casks before being bottled without fining or filtration, giving the wine an unexpected complexity. Really cool! Try alone or with white meat, seafood, or salads.
