This Champagne is a perfectly-balanced blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay from the warm 2018 vintage. Single-vintage and zero dosage; this one has been aged for 5 years! Look for a creamy texture and notes of ripe apples, quinces, lemon curd, candied ginger, almond biscuits and white flowers.
